. Duties, projects and responsibilities in for warehouse Department:
•Put the general policy for warehouse department.
•Modify the document cycle for the warehouse.
•Set the roles and reports for the lenses stock quantity.
•Readjust the operation cycle and reduce the cost of the department more than 50%.
•Follow up the daily work and consistency of the operation.
•Monitoring the performance of the department.
•Controls inventory levels.
•Development and computerized the department system.
•Set the Training needs of the staff.
•Preparing an annual budget.


III. Duties, projects, and responsibilities in Lens Lab Department:
•Modify the operational workflow of the lens lab cycle which reduces the cost of operation by more than 33%.
•Modify the Electric Feeding cycle by using UPS and earth line which reduce the cost of maintenance by more than 40%.
•Development and computerized the department system.
•Set the health program and training needs of the staff.
•Raise the productivity and Reduce the damaged and destroyed lens of the operation cycle from 3.5 to 1.5%.

1- System analysis for social insurance, develop and automate it from A to Z, operate and maintain.

Social insurance system consists of four parts of the following:
•About the pension with all kinds of pensions.
•About the payment of insurance Subscriptions

The system link with payroll to calculate every ratio for the employee and the owner share and calculate the Adjustments to prepare the check of subscriptions and report with it.
•Children care

The system calculate the cases of employee which have the permission with children care and reports
•Period Replacement

The system calculates and recording the period replacement starting from hiring to end of the job with all reports the departments need
Notes: The National Authority for Social Insurance accepted all the reports from the system and approved it.

2- System analysis for the Spare part, develop and automate it from A to Z, operate and maintain.

Spare part system shortly a system for spare parts warehouses (new spare part warehouse - repaired warehouse - damage spare part warehouse) of Omar effendi to calculate all cases of ( in and out) and the movement it from warehouse to another, the system linked between a Traffic and transport management (an assistance system generate for the spare part), warehouse and a workshop department to help the engineering to make a decision before outgoing approve (automatically), finally the system report with items, items movement, stock, purchase orders and all document (in-out), alert with the max - mini and reorder point) finally a reports for Stocktaking.

3-System analyzer for all systems of Private Investment Fund for Omar Effendi employees (subscription of employees - the pension - account systems -The system of Actuarial calculations).
4- Develop and maintenance of, Personnel, payroll, Accountant and Branch’s systems.
