 Manage Oracle, DBLS (Day Break Loan System) implementation.
v Ensure that the Business Rules are properly incorporated in the Lending system according to SHL latest Credit Policies.
v Raising Functional issues with Support Team in case of any deviation from the Credit policies
v Coordinate with Operations team on a daily basis and assisting them in the usage of Lending system.
v Manages day-to-day operational with operation and function team and assisting them in the usage of Lending system.
v Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to the production environment.
v Maintenance of the Lending system and plan any service outages in case of any problems faced by the Users

v Note down the issues, raised if any, by the Users and raising the same with Offshore Support Team at Oracle

 Establish IT governance with department director, to assure the target of the IT project is the same as the business, the cost of the IT projrct should be controlled to maximise the production capabilties, besdies system change should not be an obstcal to the expansion of the bussiness, futhermore the risk controls.
