Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will assist customers in: The delivery of high quality engagements around a lot of technology’s solutions.
-Design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products on premises and cloud
-Design and developed Solutions to our Customers Datacenter’s from passive network to servers and storage and software.
-Building and maintaining customer relationships.
-Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA.
-Translated technical specifications into detailed product requirements.
-Delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in technology. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will assist customers in:
- The delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft’s solution areas, technologies and products in diverse client environments.
- Stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.
- Design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products on premises and technologies.
-Design and developed Solutions using Microsoft Cloud services.
-Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery.
-Creating Procedure and Agreement Documents (PAD).
-Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination.
-Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule, including management and account performance reports.
-Managing the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge to our maintenance and support organization.
-Building and maintaining customer relationships.
-Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA
-Responsible for engagement delivery quality and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing deals through completion.
-Responsible for assembling the consulting delivery team and ensuring the team both structures and executes on the project implementation / problem solving methodology correctly and to the agreed budget.
-Manages engagement risk and delivery quality.
Establishes the processes to support the engagement by defining the project calendar, and defining deliverable acceptance and technical reporting procedures.
-Validating Technical project scope with presales team, conducting project kickoff and holding Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) discussions with stakeholders.
-Tracks the performance of the engagement, the quality of project deliverables and reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan.
-Defines with Presales team in advance the Technical acceptance criteria for each project deliverable.
-Evaluate and validate technologies.
-Map the Enterprise Architecture (EA) to the solution’s implementation.
-Improve the quality and usability of the solution in the market.
-Enterprise infrastructure Designing & Planning.
-Provide support so that customers have a positive experience buying and using the solution.
-Managing all the daily tasks for the Network Infrastructure from Servers, Storage, Network, Software.
-Design and Implement a new infrastructure for the company using Microsoft Technology, HP Servers, HP Storage, HP network.
-Technology implemented “Exchange, TMG, Lync, System Center, SQL, Clustering service, Hyper-V”
-Handling all Technical issues, Servers side and Clint side.
-Managing all the daily tasks for the Network Infrastructure.
-Changing the network from workgroup to domain.
-Planning and preparing for Active Directory 2003 infrastructure Implementing and Managing servers (ISA server, Exchange server, file server and print server)
-Implementing and managing antivirus solution for servers and clients (Forefront solution) Managing HR Attendance program.
-Managing all the daily tasks for the Network Infrastructure.
-Administrate, verify, and restore from backups.
-Replace defective hardware on clients and servers as necessary.
-providing technical support to top management users.
-Inspects and installs IT related hardware equipment and networking components.
