Prepare the annual business plan,
Maintain excellent communications with all tenants and anchors,
Translating strategic decisions to operational objectives,
Conducting periodic formal & informal performance evaluation,
Delivering improvement proposals to his supervisors on activities on assigned to him,
Defining, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, & controlling the day to day work & performance,
Budgeting and overseeing the facility/operational contracts,
Oversees the annual maintenance plan in coordination with the maintenance manager,
Oversees and leads the crisis management team,
To ensure that all mall operations are managed to the expectations of the management, to contribute in mall operations strategic planning.
To co-ordinate activities related to all building operations, tenant fit out and day to day tenant issues,
Manage the house keeping contract. Supervise the housekeeping team to insure that all tasks are programmed and completed in a quick and efficient manner. Carry out daily weekly and monthly audits to ensure contract compliance and quality standards are maintained,
Manage the process of procurement, receipt, storage and issue of required housekeeping consumables,
Manage the Security contract. Supervise Security team to insure that all Security issues are dealt with efficiently, staff are present and at their place of work, specific tasks are programmed and a method of reporting is established,
Managing the overall operations for the entire mall (security, housekeeping, shifts, tasks, engineering progress, maintenance),
Keep good relations with tenants,
Totally involved in the marketing campaign,
Managing the events and promotions for the mall,
Responsible for the distributing of temporary leasing in & out side the mall,
Monthly follow up with the tenants sales,
Coordinating between tenants promotions with the mall to avoid promotional conflicts,
Responsible for creating rules & regulations for tenants, temporary leasing, security & house keeping,
Following up with renewing & up dating contracts for tenants & service contracts,
Interacting with tenants complains & problems to solve it & to make sure they have the professional services needed,
Daily follow up regarding to security reports, housekeeping & maintenance,
