- Review preparation of Weekly & Monthly report to client which shows the Submission of WIR, MIR, SI, NCR Open/Close, Project quality index with agreed KPI matrix against planned. (All disciplines, Civil, Architect & MEP)

- Lead Quality staff in reviewing the Tender, Contracts documents, and advise project manager of any deficiency.
- Ensure appropriate timely escalation, investigation and reporting of incidents/non-conformance including identification of immediate and underlying causes, and actions to prevent recurrence.
- Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub Contractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings and any other transmittal by Sub Contractors. Any deviation from project requirements shall be appropriately reported to Company’s Management, addressing any possible Time and/or Cost Impact associated with it.
- Ensure project staff involvement and implementation of Field Quality Control procedures, Safety and Progress aspects.
- Deep involvement in Contractor transmittal addressing Construction & Quality methodology. Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objectives.
- Lead project quality staff in final inspection of work and review of Punch List. This activity shall be fully coordinated with the end-user.
- Lead project staff in reviewing and assessing of the Closeout Report submitted by Contractor.
- Ensure that As-Built drawings, vendor and equipment warranties, O&M Manuals, Spare Parts and Training Programs submitted by the Sub Contractor (after PMC/Consultant assessment) are reviewed by all disciplines and verified against Project Requirements.
- Preparation and submission of the Quality Dozier closeout report for the Project.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

level car parking building with tunnel. In addition to Various water treatment, power supply,
rescue and fire-fighting facilities will also be built as part of the development.
Duties:
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Quality issues during the EPC phase of the
works.
- Coordination with Client Construction Engineers in different disciplines during the
Construction phase for their tasks related to Quality Management & progress
activities.
- Ensure that the Proposed PQP in house Project Management procedures is approved
by Company and implemented by all project staff in full compliance with Contract
requirements and Company procedures.
- Carry out quality induction courses to all project staff/contractor to ensure their
awareness of the project requirements.
- Make sure that all Quality & Construction staff are aware of the project approved
procedures and drawings. Quality staff reporting to Quality GM/PM will consist of
Construction Supervisors, Multidiscipline Engineers Team (Core) and Site Inspection
Engineers.
- Lead Quality staff in reviewing the Design and/or Tender and Contracts documents
and advise project manager of any deficiency.
- Review and comment Contractor proposed site organization, key personnel QA/QC
CV’s.
- Review and monitor the Contractors, proposed manpower histogram, technical
datasheet, and advise Company of any shortage on time.

Duties:
- Regular review of the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and defined processes & tools.
- Ensure that the defined Project Quality objectives are achieved by measuring, auditing and by implementing necessary actions to resolve Quality issues on the Project.
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) in order to implement necessary actions and to provide lessons learnt.
- Review all Interior & MEP Material submittals, ITP, MOS, TDS, RFI, SER….etc.
