• Supervision and monitoring of all the important port centers
• Detection of all intrusions and mistakes of employees to work on the station and analysis firm foundations for the development of non-repetition of such mistake
• Supervision of security personnel and follow up their implementation of the tasks assigned to them
• Supervise the entry and fire alarm system Systems
• Follow-up of ships and making sure that there are no violations of the crew
• Communicate with supervisors to supervise safety and to ensure the implementation of all safety measures

العمل على تقديم الخدمة اللوجيستية من بدايتها وحتى النهاية
ابتداء من الشحن وتعبئة البضائع واتمام عملية الشحن بكافة انواعة . ثم القيام بعملية التخليص الجمركى وانهاء جميع العروض الرقابية حتى الافراج عن البضائع والقيام بعملية النقل حتى وصول البضائع لمخازن صاحب الشان
وقد كنا نتعامل مع شركات كبرى ونقوم بتنظيم الاجراءات اللوجيستية لتلك الشركات
وغيرها من المهام اللوجيستية وسلاسل الامدادات الاخرى
• Receive customer’s order by phone, fax or email then put it in operation after arrangement with manger and team work.
• Responsible for making primary booking with marine Lines and follow up Latest update for vessels schedule and latest update about them.
• Responsible to follow the drivers and trucks till they arrived to the Client and return back to port of shipment.
• Track and trace shipment arrival, send clients arrival notifications.
• Taking Ocean Freight rate form the shipping lines and follow updates.
• Handle door to door services and follow overseas agent and their rout order.
• Answering hotline and satisfy customer inquiries.
• Handle the office routine job (faxes, mails, phone call, and translation letters).
• Customs clearance from A to Z
بكالريوس فى هندسة الحاسب الالى وادارة الاعمال وقد قمت بعمل عدة دراسات وقرصات فى مجالات الامن والسلامة المهنية وايضا اللوجيستيات وسلاسل الامداد ومنظومات الشحن بجميع انواعة وايضا مهارات الادارة ومهارات الاتصال الفعال وغيرها من الشهادات فى تنمية الموارد البشرية وغيرها
