Responsibilities
Project Coordinator for 3 packages in GEM project as following:

1-Roof expanded metal panels (37 million $ ) - By Alico / Pridedmann (Germany)
The GEM project will be covered by inclined aluminum metal lath panels as the design intent and part of these panels will be movable by motorized parts so the telescopic gantry can go over the digital stream glass roof. Coordination between these metal lath panels and fall arrest system on the roof and lightning protection system.


2-Pre-tension s/s cable facades (11million euro)-By Roschmann (Germany)
This system used in the project in the pyramid end gable façade to provide clear view to the pyramids based on pre-tension stainless steel cables (30mm diameter) fixed to steel truss and stainless steel clamps will be fixed to the glass panels.
In the Cairo light court is pyramid shape subtracted from the building and has 2 inclined glass facades based on pre-tensions stainless steel cable system and Glass Bridge fixed to the 2 inclined facades.


3- Maintenance system / fall arrest system on the roof plan (10.6million euro)-By XSPlatforms(Nederland)
The maintenance and cleaning system will rely on monorail system and telescopic gantry, the monorails system will used for all facades and inclined facades with mullion guide rail and restrain pins and lighting fixture replacement in the area without gantry or catwalk area.
The fall arrest system will be used on the roof mesh panels via stainless steel brackets with life line system according to the British code as a life line system for the labors are working on the roof
