1. Manage day -to-day task and provide direction to team members, oversee them, coach them, provide training as required in order to maintain technical proficiency and productivity of staff
2. Establish, maintain and ensure quality of product within the required level either for our product or Imported items
3. Develop awareness through effective communication, track and resolve issues and address and mitigate project risks.

5. Lead the development of the products for the technical part and get the required and appropriate approvals to guarantee that work processes are met within the plan
6. Plan in coordination with the product development team and project sponsors' and tailor the methodology to reflect project objectives and needs
7. Coordinate with detailing department in order to prepare the required designs for products and to ensure of the availability of these ideas for implementation.
8. Coordinate with prototype department in order to prepare prototypes and prototype testing methodology for the developed products to guarantee the effectiveness of this models and testes.
9. Regularly review and report on project status with respect to objectives , budget, scope and cost to ensure the project within planned scope
10. Create new ideas , increase work accuracy and reduce errors using programming tools to improve work performance
11. Providing technical support for marketing team and attending technical meeting with clients whenever required
12. Design and manage product test plans in order to guarantee product quality and performance
13. Ensure appropriate security measures are applied and sensitive information is adequately protected in order to protect the advantage competencies for the product development plans
14. Support ramp-up of projects and develop awareness through effective communication, track and resolve issues and address and mitigate project risks.
15. Responsible for Planning, controlling and developing of project health measures and indicators.
