•Significantly drive sales operations productivity through Implementation and development of new technology tools.
•Implementation of Hand Held system and customer level data for PCE across different region including all trade channels
(Direct, Modern Trade, Pre Sell, Wholesale, Key Account …etc.).
•Manage and apply sales operation executional standards in term of sales tools upgrade and technology transfer i.e. Hand Held, Reporting Tools.
•Insure accurate route level data is in place across different systems (MEAS&D, Sales Cons, ART and SAP) Single source for creation and update for route master data.
•Provide monthly management dashboards showing Sales by Category, Sales vs. Yago, Sales vs. Plan, Working days and Load efficiency for DC's across regions.
•Provide monthly capability dashboards showing Sales KPI’s, Productivity Trucks and Load Capacity for DC’s MTD, YTD across regions.
•Provide monthly Go to Market (G2M) reports showing sales KPI’s and No of SKU’s across different G2M Transformation projects (Split Routes, Pre-Sell, Tell Sell and Sales Rep).
•Provide monthly HR Function reports showing the Load efficiency for all Sales_Rep across regions.
•Provide monthly Finance reports showing the Load efficiency, Productivity, Working Days and Plan for DC’s across regions.
•Managing the Productivity Trucks and Sales KPI's for DC’s across regions.
•Improve the load efficiency by providing timely and accurate analytic reports.
•Design and developing all business required reports (MEAS&D, Sales Cons & ART).
•Training sales team on using different types of systems for information gathering & Key Performance Indicators KPI Tracking.
•Providing business blue prints and works flow charts.
•Assist in the sales unit capability TU evaluation across different region.
•Dynamic and self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure. Appreciate team's spirit. Communicate effectively towards assigned goals and visions. Smart, diplomatic &fast embody with teamwork.
•Assist in the computer mobile business CAPEX (Hand Held).
•Full test the Hand Held (H.H) business requirements & manage deliveries with BIS team.
•Execute the Hand Held (HH) testing and roll out plan for Middle East Africa Sales and Distribution.
•Prepare analysis for business by channel and share next steps with management for execution.
•Provide training sessions for PCE across different sales channel for H.H complete cycle.
•Conduct & issue the different HH Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) reports.
•Provide second line of support for different Hand Held users (Finance, Operations, Sales…etc.).
•Provide first line of support for Hand Held administrator across different regions and sites.
•Design and printing all barcode system needed using different software and applications.
