•Controlling inventory, HR (recruitment, staffing and training) at stores level, marketing, accounts, team management, and last but not the least customer services
•Managing Merchandising and Non-Merchandising and virtual merchandising of Garments, Footwear, Accessories, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Undergarments, Handbags & purses

•Ensuring accurate product mix is reached at all shops, monitoring sales of each article, stock shuffling where needed-Planning future capacity requirement
•Ensured that the stock is properly merchandised, steamed, tagged, sized, and priced
•Ensuring daily that the stock is pull out from the back store
•Train store staff with best customer services, stock display, cleaning, steaming, tagging & pricing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
•Visiting mall for feedback from customers feedback and competitors’ products analysis
•Stock controlling by analyzing of sales reports daily/weekly by dept /Global, by style, by price
•Ensure the customer service standards in order to meet or exceed customer satisfaction
•Responsible for ensuring store team vacancies are filled
•Ensure that the store team is trained on customer meeting & greetings
•Strong coordination with marketing dept and VM and managing refund & exchange policy
•Communicating reports regarding stock, shop fittings and deliveries with Future requirements
•Opening & closing Store by Store Opening Team by signing the form
•Prepare Inventory Management and Delivery receiving plans
•Ensure stock replenishment, Arrange mannequins, display signage & promotional material
•Developing Targets daily, weekly and monthly for each store, section and dept, and guide the team towards achieving targeted
•Accurately display stock on appropriate racks and walls/shelves
•Provide staff with product knowledge, Control and make key decision of retail outlets
•Ensuring the performance of outlets by monitoring performance of staff and merchandise

•Developing strategies for improving Sales and customer services
•Receiving (according to PL & BL), Storage and display according to the standard method
•Handling Loading & Offload shipments and deliveries physically check, notify and report if any discrepancies, if not store the items in appropriate and orderly manner according to reference numbers, brand names etc Managing RTV and damage stock
•Managing pre retailing activities i.e. pricing, tagging, barcoding, as per brand guidelines
•Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales and developing target budgeting
•Planning product ranges and preparing sales and OTB/IBT stock plans
•Managing and Monitoring stock levels, sales reports(Z-report, X report, ATV, UPT)
•Developing Procedure and SOP’s for stores activities, staff and POS operations
•Identifying fast moving, slow moving and dead items report for re-order and sales discount
•Processing payments and invoices and Timely banking the sale amount
•Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues and guide the team towards achieving targeted
