· Lead a piping design team, ensuring all our work meets the requirements and scope throughout the
entire project.
· Review all key piping drawings, design documents and 3D models using software like AUTOCAD, Navisworks and SP3D.
· Review vendors design documentations & drawings and cover all clients comments in the CRS sheet.
· Participate in design reviews with all engineering teams to ensure our designs work together.
· Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II software to validate piping system integrity under
design conditions and generate stress reports for client compliance.
· Ensure all designs are practical and can be built efficiently by working closely with the construction
team.
· Make sure the recommendations from safety and risk workshops (like HAZOP) are built into our
designs.
· Resolve any design issues or clashes that come up during construction.
· Hold meetings with other engineering groups (like civil, instrumentation & process design) to solve interface problems.
· Support the procurement team by reviewing MTO lists of required piping materials as per isometric
drawings.

Duties:
• Manage & supervise the construction of onsite piping modifications as per approved MOC.
• Act as the focal person for the new RBI study project & managing the main contractor’s team through delivering the required outputs.
• Evaluate needs to define milestones and timelines through the new RBI study project.
• Plan and day wise progress monitoring of work as per schedule & prepare the S-curve to compare planned schedule versus actual progress for the new RBI study project.
• Perform pipe stress analysis & issuing related model -reports using CAESAR II.
• Perform root-cause analysis using the cause-and-effect process and identify solutions to existing piping system issues.
• Perform acoustic-induced vibration & flow-induced vibration analysis for suspected piping systems concerning Energy Institute guidelines.
• Design for required piping systems modifications & issuing related isometric drawings using P3D.
• Review structural design (steel structure, pipe racks & pipe supports) & identify onsite anomalies.
• Review piping layouts and piping deliverables such as piping plots, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, pipe stress, and flexibility analysis calculation & identify onsite anomalies.
• Issue the cycle of MOC to implement the required modifications on MAXIMO.
• Review piping vibrations measurement and assessment for suspected piping systems.
• Contribute to successful quality control initiatives and implement integrity management strategies.
• Identify and address design parameters and problems, troubleshooting, developing, and implementing solutions, including issuing required drawings & documentation.

Achievements:
• Design for gas separator extensions for GR units using PV Elite & issuing related workshop drawings.
• Troubleshoot & advise a solution for vibration problem for excessive vibration of discharge lines of MEG condensate pumps.
• Develop a Structural integrity management strategy process to help the QA/QC inspectors to identify failure mechanisms & failure modes for existing steel structural on site.

Duties:
• Managed & supervised the construction and commissioning of new EPFs (Early production facilities) and new plant extension projects, including installation of new static equipment (separators, fired tube heaters, etc.)
• Managed & supervised the construction of new oil, gas & water wells pipelines.
• Managed & supervised the modifications for existing pipelines & existing oil storage tanks as per approved MOC.
• Produced designs for new downstream pipelines & piping projects.

• Developed a project management based concept for the projects department to work through, starting from initiation of a scope of work for any work order issued by the operations department and ending with the issuing of a handover package.
