HR CONSULTANT “BUSINESS TRACK”
- Assist companies operating in all Human Resources projects and functions, including recruitment,
employee relations, professional development, compensation, training and internal communication.

- Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation
of human resource management policies, procedures, programs and application of related government
laws and regulations.
- Helps clients strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily

- Participate in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs.
- Provide review and approval of requests for reduction-in-force, reorganizations/realignments.
- Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws.
- Create job analysis and job descriptions & Match job seekers to employers.
- Develop employee restructuring plans & Devise severance packages.
- Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification.
- Provide company with updated salary and job description information.
- Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies.
- Perform quality assurance checks & Deliver surveys to employees.
- Help implement applicant tracking systems.
- End to end processing of company’s payroll.
- Lead HR-related projects.

- Responsible for all the recruitment activities such as screening, contact agencies, interviewing, assessing,
recommending qualified candidates to the concern department in order to achieve the recruitment plan.
- Identifying the channel of recruitment and screening resumes.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
- Arrange with the department heads for technical interview schedule.
- Participate with the department head for final interview and selection if needed.
- Arrange for overseas interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
- Filter and refer applicants to department heads in the organization and making hiring recommendations
when appropriate.
- Contact applicants to inform them of job offer’s terms and make financial negotiation if needed.
- Conduct reference and background checks on applicants if needed.
- Support HRMS with weekly update on recruitment progress.

ORACLE HRMS CONSULTANT
- Developed & provided support to various HR and payroll modules for Oracle processes.
