* Assistance & Replacement for the IT Manager.
*Manage information technology and computer systems.
*Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
*Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
*Develop Risk Management Frameworks and systems.
*Prepare disaster Recovery site plans, testing plans and testing scripts.
*Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
*Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
*Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
*Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
*Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
*Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
*Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
*Enterprise Systems Planning.
* Network administration & development such as installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks for LAN & WLAN ( routers - switches - Access points -IP camera- TCP/IP - Cabling ).
* Security Camera Project Installation - Troubleshooting - Supervision.
* Wireless (Wi-Fi) Network Project Installation - Troubleshooting - Supervision.
* Provide desktop support to all employee including hardware/software/ or OS problems.
* Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
* Work with other Service Desk analysts and PC Techs. to understand workstation support needs.
* Resolve calls that have been escalated to local techs. in the help-desk ticketing system.
* Assume primary responsibility for client's PC support.
* Provide hands-on and remote controlled PC support services.
* Provide expertise on support services when requested by peers and clients.
