• Supervise & carrying out analysis of raw materials, in process & Final Products insuring meet ASTM STD.
• Communication with the concerned Depts for quality requirement.
• Insure to record of such variables through computerized system.
• Preparation of all quality reports, Plans and budget.
• Analyze and solve quality problems.
• Insuring the finished products stored and to handle properly.
• Proper product selection for customer’s dispatch.
• Issue all internal and external QC & QA documents.
• Periodical visit and communication with all customers to measure their satisfaction.
• Tracing the laboratory stock and material issuance always at safe stock.
• External and internal maintenance and calibration for all plant measuring instruments.
• Insuring that all laboratory instruments are working and calibrated properly.
• Insuring all ISO documents and instructions are up to date and fully applied
• Keep on a safety and healthy work atmosphere inside the work place.
• Maintain good housekeeping inside laboratory.
• Perform all commercial process relates to LAB.
• Prepare and follow up the annual required training for all QC/QA Dept.

• Inspect both row, under process and final textiles.
• Inspect and test the chemicals using in the process before using.
• Record with follow up the chemical consumption, stock and expiration status.
• Chemicals’ quantity determination the that using in such processes.
• Prepare the daily activity report - quality monthly report.
• Coordinate with the lab. technician about the sampling plane according to patch.

• Monitoring and supervising all the process parameters to insuring all inside the required range.
• Check and adjust all the chemicals in such solutions.
• Test and inspect the final product quality.
• Communications with the production in charge in case of any processes irregularity.
• Prepare the daily and monthly report.
