- Planning / scheduling for KN projects in Egypt using Primavera P6.
- Resource estimating and loading.
- Follow-up Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication till site delivery.
- Creating and updating Engineering log and Procurement log.
- Follow-up all construction / installation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Report project progress (S -Curve).
- Site coordination between departments and subcontractors, and prepare
coordination meetings.
- Prepare Summary schedule, areas of concern and weekly presentation.
Major Projects:
- El Shabab Site (Ismailia) Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Units Power Station
(8 Units - 1000 MW) & its Utilities.
- Damietta Site Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Units Power Station
(4 Units - 500 MW) & its Utilities.
Duties:
- Follow-up all maintenance, modification and new installation activities
- Planning / scheduling for major shutdown and turnaround using MS Project and
Primavera.
- Report the progress in shutdown (S -Curve).
- Reporting work done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Apply Key Performance indicators (KPI`s).
- Prepare tenders "technical and commercial".
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) planner.
