Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge. Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

• Achievements at Concorde El Salam Hotel-Cairo
1. We have been awarded the Lloyd's Approval certificates two times within the past three years for applying high advanced standards in regards to operation, security, food hygiene and industrial safety
2. We succeeded to reduce the monthly energy and water consumption by 30 % by following a very efficient energy management plan
3. We have succeeded in implementing an efficient PPM Master Plan, Ken Fix Program, Legionella Protocol which were significantly impacted positively on working orders and the life time cycle of all equipment and assets
4. Replacing the depreciated fuel burners of all boilers into natural gas ones in order to reconditioning the existing boilers as good as new and for the purpose of energy saving (Investment ROI = 14 months)
5. Successfully met the challenge of replacing the whole interior old broken depreciated st. domestic water piping network into brand new aquatherm piping network complete with isolating valves in an operating hotel with a minimum guest complains with a total FF&E budget of 3.5 Million EGP

Directing and guiding the chief Engineers of those prosperities and implementing IHG standards as well as FLS compliance requirements . Improving the performance of the Eng. Staff . Sorting out all the major pending issues (Snagging list) with the owning company (EMAK) . Setting up a strong and clear Eng. Organization Chart and risk assessment for the whole area . Establishing a complete documentation system and preventive maintenance master plan as well as assets registering system . Regular auditing on Risk managing and evacuation drills to ensure guest and staff safety

Responsibilities :
Safety, Security & Environment
Ensure hotel is being operated in a safe & effective manor.
Ensure the correct implementation of Fire Life & Safety (FLS) testing procedures.
Ensure the correct operation & maintenance of the hotels FLS systems.
Ensure the correct implementation of all health and safety, energy control and
management directives and that up-to-date records of all test certificates/licenses are kept.
Ensure that all contractors and in-house employee’s carry out their work, in accordance with and adherence to company, local and regional health and safety at work criteria.
Maintain contacts with local authorities such as fire department, electricity supply company, health inspectors, etc., to ensure that all requirements are being complied with and that assistance or advice will be readily available whenever required
Hold regular meetings on energy conservation, fire training, employee communications, and health & safety
Report environmental performance through dedicated IT systems
Ensure all technicians have a good environmental understanding.

Responsibilities: maintaining 18 royal villas and palaces belong to His Highness Sheikh Mostafa Idrees with a maintenance team crew consists of 30 technicians of different nationalities . Those palaces were located in Jeddah, Mecca and Altaef Cities

Responsibilities : I was in charge of maintaining all refrigeration chillers plants which serve the production process including brine chillers and cascaded refrigerants refrigerators plus all HVAC works
