1-Providing Leadership and management to the business and fully responsible for the

Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
5-Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
6-Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
7- I have been working in the Regulatory Affairs field, dealing with different regulatory bodies to ensure launching of different Healthcare Products (Pharmaceutical Products, Food Supplements, and Cosmetics) into the Egyptian Market.
Plan, prepare and submit different submissions (new registration, renewals, and variations);
For registration pharmaceutical, cosmetics & Food supplement in \{M.O.H & food institute\} and follow up all registration process till obtaining final registration no.
Review regulatory authorities rulings, circulars and decrees to determine changes and probable effects on the company/products & keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines;
Prepare and review different artworks and labeling of new and registered products and ensure its compliance with the MOH requirements;
Price calculation by market study to choose the best acceptable & profitable price for the company.
Follow up analysis of products in NODCAR.
Keeping an excellent relation with M.O.H staff.
Follow up production of our products with contracted manufacturing sites.
Responsible for all marketing advertising activities
Follow up all aspects (Formulation, analysis & bio equivalence) with research & development centers.
