Responsible for mapping and analyzing the market by channel and develop Trade Marketing and sales coverage strategies.
Responsible to restructure and develop feildforce team capabilities and new way of work to support the sales & trade marketing department’s goals and execute cycle plans effectively and efficiently.

Sales:
• Responsible for managing West/North/South KSA regions, planning and implementing targeted campaigns.
• Reporting directly to the NSM (National Sales Manager) ensuring best market supply and coverage, sales reporting and analysis & supply forecasting.
• Directly Managing Trade Marketing Team & Managing distributor’s sales team through 4 Area Managers for 6 cities which is driving 44% of total market revenue.
• Implement Availability strategies for all ITG’s portfolio.
• Managing K/A, independent Retail & W/S customers.
• Driving IMS (In-Market Sales) internal delivery and maintaining profitability across a portfolio of projects.
• Analysing market activity and trends.
• Collate feedback from the field; lead the evaluation of sales activities and feedback to all relevant functions
• Drive Rout To Market excellence (Supply chain, Logistics, Direct Sales Distribution).
• Collect all relevant Sales data (fiscal, distribution, benchmarking competitors…).
Trade Marketing & Consumer Activation:
• Working closely with Trade Marking Director to develop the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business growth objectives within my relevant regions / branches.
• Execute the Marketing strategy programs.
• Develop and implement tailor made promotional programs for all categories and channels, and ensure that they are in line with overall strategy.
• Facilitate Brand Team in new product market entry and execution.
• Recommend efficient and effective promotion strategies.
• Plan, deploy and maintain the sales collaterals (flyers, posters, brochures etc.)
• Manage relationship with activation agencies including plans execution and performance monitoring.
• Gather market intelligence and provide market insight to the management.
• Monitor and rollout TM cycle instructions
• Ensure best return on investment of any A&P activity in the designated area.
• Liaise with Brand and Trade marketing to discuss best market strategies (portfolio management, cycle plans, and A&P priorities).
• Identifying and exploiting business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
