Determine site needs and resources
Carry out site surveys
Prepare on-site relevant B.O.Q
Manage and direct site labor
Prepare Material inventory
The order required material and coordinate on time delivery
Supervise installations works as per drawings and specifications
Ensure contractual site conditions for health and safety and security are implemented
Supervise and coordinate subcontractor's works
Ensure commitment to project time schedule
Prepare and submit IR's and MIR's
Provide as-built information
Manage project relationships with company team, client representatives, and consultants
Delivery of works to project consultant and review comments
Submit periodic reports about site status
