•Taking Backup using CA Bright Stor Arc Server Software.
•Controlling & Monitoring the Software & Hardware inventory of all sites using (CA DMS).
•Maintain domain user lists with the corresponding access and authority levels.
•Monitoring the Mcafee antivirus (ePolicy orchestrator).
•Server’s operating system Installation and troubleshooting.

•Taking Backup using CA Bright Stor Arc Server Software.
• Troubleshooting. End users issue with MS OS(2000, XP, Vista) and Office (2000, 2003, 2007)
