Management :
• Management of Fit Out projects for office spaces including Civil and MEP retrofit works. Ensuring that projects will be completed as per agreed completion timelines, scope of works and specifications while keeping costs within the approved budget.
• Provides project cost estimates and justifies the detailed BOQ to the client.
• Prepares the project schedule (PERT & CPM Methods through MS Project)
• Leads resolution of site conflicts between client requirements, consultant's comments and
contractor's work delivery (quality and workmanship).
• Monitors the work progress via Earned Value Analysis and reports project development
• comparing planned and actual accomplishment by S-curve and relevant bar charts.
• Hand-over and project closure inclusive of payments update thru various ERP systems.
• Supports the Facility Manager and the technical team in the operations and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical systems and equipment at site.
• Assists on the delegation and deployment of technical staff on their regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Leads technical investigations on system breakdown and anomalies.
• Provides a comprehensive analysis report and enlightens the client on the root cause and recommendations to address the problem.
• Represents the client in organizing and leading meetings with consultants and landlord during project coordination meetings.
Supports the Business Development Team and Tendering / Estimation Manager in participating to tenders and leading compliance to RFPs related to projects, retrofit and fit out work
Technical :
Pumping work :
• Design & installation for all irrigation network ( dripers, pivots & sprinkels )
• Design & installation for pumping stations
• Design & installation for filter station
Water treatment :
• Design & installation of huge reservoirs with automatic dosing pumps to dose chemicals for water treatment ( fe & mg )
• Design & installation of complete unit to treat wells water to be applicable for human use
Mechanical work :
• Heavy equipments
1. Tractors ( lampergini, gohn deer and pelaruse )

• Responsible for the on-time, cost effective, and quality conscious completion of fit-out projects.
• In-charge of site coordination meetings to settle conflicts between plan and actual installation condition.
• Formulates recovery plans in cases where equipment delivery and installation work delay occurs. Approval of contractors’ progress reports, variation order and construction progress billing.
• Oversees the daily operations of on-going Civil and MEP fit-out projects.
• Tracks the site team's productivity and ensures that acceptable workmanship is delivered at site by assessing the work done by earned value analysis.
• Approves all manpower, materials & consumables requisitions. Controls site expenses & ensures that these costs are within the allocated budget.
• Interacts with consultants and client representatives to resolve immediate site concerns & to update them on the actual work progress.
• Make them aware of the problems encountered & inform them about the mitigating actions applied to resolve the concern.
• Interacts with other contractors to address all overlapping conflicts and coordination concerns. Ensures that all potential work hindrances are identified and corresponding countermeasures will be part of the work execution plan.
• Conducts site inspection, prepares Bill of Quantities, Scope of Works, Material Estimates and Job Cost Analysis to come up with a cost competitive proposal as for the client.
• Performs Engineering Analysis as support to the company’s Consultancy Dept.
Maintains constant, effective and professional relationship with key clients as part of and to sustain business development for acquiring new projects
• Responsible for making visabilty study for new machines & new production lines
• Design & fabricate new machine, production lines such as ( pepper cutting lines, chille paste prepration & packaging line, dry pepper ( bin dryers )and roasting machines for roasting pepper
• Install new factory ( plumbing, Electro mechanical, production lines )
• Supervisor for installing new labeling, filling, roosting, dehydration, cutting, boilers and compressor product line which contain pumps and pipes installation, and maintain centrifugal pumps.
• Responsible for fabricated and design steel and manufacturing new conveyor belts, tanks elevators and maintain it.
• Working on design new filling ( product/brine ) station for pickles production lines.
• Project planning and supervision for new production facilities, lines and development.

Follow up the implementation of the daily plan that was approved by the project manager according to the work guidance in co-operation with project manager.

Follow up the daily tests results with the laboratory and quality management.
Field co-ordination between the foreman’s and surveyors in accomplishing daily work.
Review the work program and the preparation of requisitions and ensure they are delivered on time and also inform the project manager to do the necessary.
