- Assuring that all construction works has been
executed according to the standard matched with
the drawings and the mentioned specs in BOQ and
Egyptian code (QA).
- Check all materials quality, being sure that its
compatible with required specs quality (QC).
- Matching execution phases with execution plan as
from doing visits to sites to check overall
execution plan, compare it with (weekly &
monthly) feedback.
-Sending feedback reports in weekly basis Vs.
weekly look ahead reports to clarify what has
been achieved from week tasks.

consists of (Admin build & social build & 4residential builds & water and septic tank ) in addition to landscape.
- follow up the work progress and send the reports
to the senior civil engineer
- Receive all materials from contractors and
suppliers with the approved quantity and quality
on time according to execution plan.
- support senior civil engineer to reduce all the
works comments within the allowed time.
- support senior civil engineer to assure that all
construction works has been executed according
to the standard matched with the drawings and
the mentioned specs in BOQ and Egyptian code.
- help the senior civil engineer in reviewing the
quantities that executed in each invoice.
A residential project consists of (8builds) from soil to finish.
- follow up the work progress and send the reports
to the senior civil engineer.
- Receive all materials
from contractors and suppliers with the approved
quantity and quality on time according to
execution plan.
- support senior civil engineer to reduce all the
