Manage information technology and computer systems.
‐ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
‐ Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and
appraising their performance.
‐ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures with ensure security of data,
network access and backup systems.

‐ Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
‐ CCTV IP Cam.
‐ Act in project with Orange company (Site Monitoring).
‐ Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues and Conducting regular system audits.
‐ Responsible for allocating work to junior staff and induction training for new staff. In addition, compiling
procedural documentation.
‐ Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and
hardware.
‐ Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
‐ Running regular checks on network performance, data security and computer systems to coordinate
computer network access and use, determine whether adjustments need to be made, and determine where
changes will need to be make in the future.
‐ Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

- Responsible for finding solutions to technical problems in the field of computer. Such as drivers,

- Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
- Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
- Responsible for end‐user device installation, maintenance, tracking, and troubleshooting, the
documentation and verification of specific steps taken.
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or
software requirements related to such changes.
- Providing technical support via helpdesk systems for a wide range of internal & external applications
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
- Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
- Maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
- Networking and providing support for Window.
- Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
- Help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting. Management of the daily data backup and
retrieval scheme.
- Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Assisting the network manager with support requests.
- Maintenance, backup & restore E‐mail (Outlook express & MS outlook).
- Updating and monitoring IT user accounts.
- Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
