Duties:
• Coordlevel sination with State & locality-takeholders and implementation partners, such as MFIs, commercial banks and services providers to ensure mobilization of adequate funds for women, youth SCGs/LSCGs activities
• Organization and supervision for the mobilization campaigns.
• Set up training material and providing training for the communities trainers.
• Set up training need assessment for programme targeted communities& staff and lead training sessions for the Saving Credit Groups (Women& youth group and Village Development Committee).
• Promotion of the livelihood diversification amongst Women, Youth (male& female), pastoralist and ago-pastoralist communities.
• Planning for the micro enterprises demonstrations.
