Duties:
Negotiated with State & localities stakeholders partners, such as MFIs, commercial banks and services providers and generated mobilization of adequate funds for women, youth SCGs/LSCGs activities
• Organized, implemented and supervision for the mobilization campaigns.
• Streamlined training material and implemented training workshop for the community Business Facilitator trainers (92 person male& female) and training on visit for The community members.
• Identified training needs for programme targeted communities& staff and lead training sessions for the Saving Credit Groups (Women& youth group and Village Development Committee).
• Promotion of the livelihood diversification activities amongst Women, Youth (male& female), pastoralist and ago-pastoralist communities.
• Planning and achieved for the micro enterprises demonstrations.
