- Pursue sales leads and generate business in Oil & Gas, Power and Industry sectors.
- Achieve visits and orders intake targets to existing and new customers.
- Assess customer needs, identify opportunities and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Prepare installed based by carrying out site surveys.
- Provide sales and technical support; collect dimensions of equipment and data required for retrofits and upgrades for mechanical wet seals, dry gas seals, gas turbine’s filtration, packing, couplings, hydrodynamic bearing and sucker rod pumps.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to get response for changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Promote cross selling and supporting Turbo Solutions by identifying our installed base, increasing customer awareness of JC portfolio, identify opportunities, well commercial evaluation and supporting EU requirements.
- Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrating how product will meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved authority.
- Follow up sales orders to ensure that deliveries and after sales service meet standards and customer expectations.
- Establish annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Work as member of JC team supporting new projects (O&G, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers ...) containing John Crane's products.
- Do technical selections and commercial proposals for first fit seal, coupling and systems RFQs for Egypt’s and Middle East’s projects.
- Use CRM to maintain customer contact to remain aware of each customer’s present and future needs.
Projects:
- Indufil Filtration Skids - ElSewedy T&D - Angola “Mar. 2016 to Dec. 2016”
• Supplying 6 Indufil Filtration Skids with spares for the mounted mobile Gas Turbines (GE TM2500+) Project at Camama - Angola.
• Adding a new customer to the company installed base outside the Oil & Gas especially in the power sector.
• Promoting our new products “Indufil Filters” and succeeding to add the first reference for JC in Egypt.
• The Project involves the design, supplying, testing, commissioning & start-up.
• Monitor workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with the customer to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team in Indufil-John Crane in the Netherlands for designing and achieving the requested delivery period.
• Set and adjusted project milestones.
• Make vital decisions and drive decision-making across projects.

1. Boiler Feed Water Pumps - Carbon Black “Jan. 2012 to Oct. 2013”
• Supplying 2 boiler feed water pumps to Carbon Black (200K Euro).
• The Project involves pump selection, supplying, testing, commissioning & start-up.
• Provide technical presentation and practical training to the customer.
• Manage the LC and ensure that all procedures meeting deadlines.
2. Feed Water Pump - ElNasr Pharmaceutical Chemicals “Feb. 2012 to Apr. 2013”
• Supplying an axial split case feed water pump as a first promotion with this new customer (1M EGP).
• The Project involves pump selection, supplying, testing, commissioning & start-up.
• Manage cash collection and related invoices.
3. Domestic Water Boosters - Orascom - MUP “Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011”
• Supplying 8 domestic boosters to Orascom to be mounted in MUP (250K EGP).
• The Project involves pump selection, supplying, testing, commissioning & start-up.
• Working with the application team in KSB Germany on collecting the technical information and doing the appropriate pump selection.
• Preparing Engineering & Technical Submittals.
• Set and adjusted project milestones.
• Manage cash collection and related invoices.
Responsible for the maintenance of trucks, loaders, pumps, mixers, Hydraulic machines and combustion engines.
