Managing +1200 users, MS computer network. Responsible for network & systems management, client server distribution computing, facilities management, capacity planning, performance tuning, systems security, Backup schedule and Disaster Recovery plans, Supervising two Network Engineers & four helpdesk Engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the implementation, changes excursions, and maintenance of Infrastructure including LAN/WAN connectivity, Systems and application servers, storage, access management, data center, Disaster recover, availability firewall, and Internet tools and appliances.
• Manages Projects related to implementations of Infrastructure and IT delivery quality and management.
• Conducts researches, contact vendors when needed to introduce new technologies and advancement of existing technology solutions.
• Ensure IT operation coverage and availability to it when needed. Instigate improvement to IT environment as needed.
• Responsible for developing all templates, forms, procedures, role definitions and determination of tools requirements needed to grantee IT quality management.
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and system infrastructure
• Windows 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2 &2016 implementation, administration and monitoring
• Define and administer all aspects of multiple Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2, 2016 Active Directory environments
• Perform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy management
• Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify
• Understand service management and working with the ticketing systems
• Completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
• Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
• Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
• Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
• Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.
• Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
