Duties and Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate solid knowledge & understanding how related items work, as well as how to use
different related tools. (E.g. Pneumatic, Mechanics, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation, Controls, Tools).
- Realization of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance or trouble-shooting at customer
site.
- Preparation of technical reports and record any customer complaints and forwarding to the
responsible department.
- Participating at new production lines installations and commissioning.
- Analysis of technical issues through applying Root cause analysis “Fish-bone analysis, drill
down, 5Y).
- Leader of onsite lean and visual management teams.
- Assuring (PM) plans, and preparing of the required spare parts according to the (PM) timeline.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance routines.
- Assure optimum performance and operation of all production lines equipment's based online's
technical efficiency and waste and equipment’s effectiveness.
- Installation of modifications and must points when required.
- Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems. Ordering of (PM) spare parts
when required.
- Monitoring spare parts store to make sure of minimum stock of all parts available.
- Examined faulty equipment, interpreted reports and analyzed customer complaints to diagnose equipment malfunction.

Projects:

- Participate in assembling, Installation and commissioning three CB1 and one CB3 Filling lines at El Dawleya for modern food industries company (Juhayna), Egypt 2016.

- Participate in assembling, Installation and commissioning one CB1 and three CB2 Filling lines at The International Company for Agro Industrial Projects (Beyti IDJ), Egypt 2017.

- Participate in assembling, Installation and commissioning Two CB12 Filling lines at, China 2018.

Training's:

1- MTsb X24 - Mechanical Training for CB1 (Dubai, 2016).

2- OTsb X24 - Operating Training for CB1 (Dubai, 2016).

3- OTsb Ctouch - HMI Training for CB1 (Dubai, 2016).
