* daily / weekly report making
* hse meeting weekly
* eliminated near misses and unsafe act and unsafe condition
* create 0% harm job
conducted training for new employees
hse weekly report and monthly report submition
instruct field safety officers
report unsafe act and conditions to hire level management
stop work authority
weekly meeting conduted with contractor
hse weekly walkthrough with clients
near misses report and take actions
action taken about disciplinary in site permises
implemented hse polices on site
conducted mock drills and motivational programmes
8 month i worked at saftey officer in this company

Hazardz identification
Hse meeting monthly
Check unsafe act and unsafe conditions
Report any accident or incidents
