Responsibilities:
-Responsible for make audits for all Dept. in KSA covering everything.
-Responsible to create or update procedures if needed (Logistics, Warehouse ....).
-Responsible to make Audit and Control for Inventory stock take committee for FG & RM.
-Responsible to make Inventory Stock Take for FG Products (As Sample).
-Responsible for perform internal audits, checking and reviewing department control.
-Responsible for controls of all activities in the branches to meet the GSM requirements.
-Responsible for evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management’s.
-Responsible for ISO audits (Internal audits)
-Responsible to plans the scope of compliance and the procedures to be used.
-Responsible for applicable statements of policy and procedures, and in a manner consistent with both department’s objectives and high standards of best practice.
-Responsible for assisting trainings, selections, supervision and evaluation of personnel (Mentoring & Orientation).
-Responsible for performing other duties as assigned, including involvement with departmental improvement teams and task forces.
-Responsible to monitor a variety of programs, to assure compliance with laws regulations.
-Responsible to provide accounting assistance to administrative and management staff as needed; respond to surveys and supply information as required.
-Responsible for updating the prices & promotion slabs in the ORACLE system.
-Responsible to make check for the prices & promotion as per the planed budget.
