* From the day one of the joining worked for Maintain Potential Projects (MPP Oil & Water)
on multiple projects of DPD & F&LD.
* Preparing DCL and issuing packages to client with Transmittals.
* Issuing the Documents and drawings in JPI than uploading the issued files for review
and approval.
* Client Comments uploading in JPI and Distributing to Concern Disciplines as per
Distributions Matrix.
* In-charge of filing and submission of documents to client in the Engineering department.
* Co-ordinate with the clients to meet deadlines for document submission Preparing
Transmittal using JPI software for Submission of the Drawings Updating outstanding
transmittals from client to Project Managers.
* File and maintain the existing Engineering documents together with incoming
documents, in an orderly and controlled manner.
* File all incoming and outgoing documents & procedure distribution copies.
* Prepare Document Transmittal & issue copies as requested or upon instruction of the
Project Manager.
* Preparing Hard Copies for submission to client as required. Issuing all the Deliverables
cards in JPI.
* Maintain a comprehensive Document Control System as required to fulfill the
requirements of any specific project.
* Ensure the issued copies being used by the recipient personal is the current revision and
to collect any superseded documents and replace it with the latest issues.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of master duplication and transmittal status logs.
* To be the focal point for all Project documentation ensuring it is correctly numbered,
filed and recorded, accounting for all documentation received and transmitted.
* Monitor and report overall review of Documentation ensuring compliance with Company
templates and procedures.
* To maintain Technical BID evaluation records and proper maintain of records through
logs.
* Preparing and maintain vendors record and issuance of weekly reports.
* Responsible for the receipt and recording of all incoming vendor data, its distribution
within the office.
* Maintain confidential information of office related information.
* Proper maintenance of all the documents in Jacobs Project Information System.
* Maintained and updated filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems either manually
or using a computer.

* Making sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
* Operating office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines and
personal computers.
* Maintain hard copies of all technical records, data sheets, vendor data and text book.
* Assisting the manager’s routine queries in a professional manner.
* Assist the vendor and clients when the need arises related to technical clarification.
* Accurately review and classify project documentation (letters, memos, TQ RFI, IDC,
delivery notes, Work inspections, drawings, material submittals, method statements,
vendors, reports, etc...).
* Coordinate with the Project Manager / Project Engineer in developing the Drawing &
Document Control Procedures in conformance to ISO requirements.
* Maintaining records and establishes systematic filing based on company standard
procedure.
* Performing other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Senior Project
Manager or Project Manager.
* Preparing E-Review CD’s from JPI for the packages (30%, 60%, 90%, IFB & IFC) and
submitting to Client with Transmittals.
* Preparing ACSII Files and submitting I Plant CD’s for IFC Packages. Responsible for
setting up JPI for the whole project.
* Assisting in the project close-out work activities associated documentation for final
delivery of Project Record Books to Saudi Aramco

Worked as a secretary for 3 months, mainly responsible in all typing works given
by all discipline engineers. Responsible for filing all incoming and outgoing
letters and fax messages etc.
* Monitor and manage calendars, schedule all meetings.
* Prepare routine correspondence and complete office tasks such as
taking messages, faxing, filing, photocopying and data entry etc.
* Develop and maintain record keeping systems, procedures and reports as
required
* Interact face to face and via phone with all management and employees in order
to act as a source of information and direction.
* Create and update presentations, documents and spreadsheets using
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other software as required.
* Communicate with and coordinate work goals with other administrative
support staff.
