Perform machinery diagnosing to the plant equipment using the vibration analysis, thermograph and oil analysis.

Develop the job requests to maintenance department to correct the detected error to prevent breakdowns.
Correct mass unbalance problem by applying in-filed and doing misalignment correction.

Acting as a condition monitoring engineer in Petro Rabigh a petrochemical plant which is consisting of a crude oil refinery, monomer plant and polymer plant. Working as a contractor for the condition monitoring under the reliability section.

Nevada Snapshot and Snapshot for Windows CE.
- Online monitoring working with Bently ADRE® Sxp and 408 DSPi Data Acquisition System, 3500
Series Machinery Protection System and Bently Nevade software System1® for online
monitoring.
- using CSI’s software AMS machinery health manager V4.9 and V5.31.
- Performing misalignment correction jobs.(using a PRÜFTECHNIK laser kit)
- Performing balance jobs (single plane and multiple planes) with the 2120 and 2130 analyzers.
- Giving technical reports about the equipment’s health.
- Measuring all the rotating equipments.
- Leading a team of 5 inspectors to cover 1800 equipment.

- Making balance jobs (single plane and multiple planes) with the 2120 and 2130 analyzers.
- Making Cross-Phase measurements detecting Resonance, Misalignment, Soft foot and Looseness.
- Giving a monthly technical report about the equipment’s health using the AMS a CSI’s software.
- Measuring Industrial Handling Fans, Gearboxes, AC Motors, Air Blowers, Air Compressors and Pumps.
