Duties & Responsibilities: • Cross check all payments including checks with deposit slips
• Apply balance sheets and maintain trail balance on daily basis.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all methods of payment (MOP)
• Completes all transactions and entries using proper procedures.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Performs all assigned duties and guides and assists others as necessary.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Properly maintains the office
• Welcomes customers and properly completes work orders.
• Professionally presents service offerings to customers.
• Completes all Fleet Procedures using appropriate references.
• Complies with all safety procedures.
