• Provide technical leadership within a multi-functional team to drive the development of
innovative new products
• Provide technical assistance to correct package-related problems to maintain production
schedules and product quality

• Managing co-manufacturers Quality system by leading regular Quality Audits.
• Escalating complaints from regions regarding Co-manufacturer & SCJ Cairo Plant finished goods.
• Tracking action and validating preventive action plans for escalated issues for suppliers and co-manufacturers & SCJ Cairo Plant.
• Create, review and update control plans for suppliers and co-manufacturers.
• Create FMEA for Co-manufacturers and Suppliers
• Create Risk assessments for suppliers and co-manufacturers in New product development phases.
• Managing Supplier & Co-manufacturers process by capability studies and 6 sigma analysis.
• Leading Quality objectives in supplier & Co-manufacturer quarterly SRM rating system.
• Qualifying packaging components through Mold Qualification at Suppliers premises.
• Leading Suppliers and co-manufacturers through frequent Supplier Quality Audits.
• Leading Quality role in all product development projects and new launches across EMEA region.
• Leading Quality Internal Audits for SCJohnson Cairo Plant on annual basis.

At this role, I am responsible for the following:
• Leading all MOC (Management of Change) activities related to the Site.
• Leading Quality team for basic Lab Safety Inspections and handled incoming chemicals,
ensuring adherence to standard safety protocols.
• Champion suppliers’ development through supplier quality audits for both new and current
suppliers & maintaining an effective working relationship respecting Quality and Safety
measures
• Owner for Qualifying Cairo Plant for Internal Auditing from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO
9001:2015 and recertification with new ISO standards.
• Responsible for the quality assurance activities for the daily packaging materials, managing
packaging technicians, while cascading QA mind-set among shop-floor and product supply
team through training and awareness sessions.
• Identify and address strengths and improvement opportunities of subordinates through
open communication, training, and counseling or corrective action when required
• Working with the NPC/NPD team as Cairo Plant Quality resource to ensure implementing
all quality measures in New Commercialization Projects.
• Support manufacturing with Quality MPS activities regarding Leading Quality pillar, Co-
leading Standard daily Work Pillar & Training and Development Pillar activities.
• Actively support technical implementation Production line qualification (PPV &PLQ) of
Packaging projects in SCJ Cairo Plant and with Third party manufacturers.
• Work in partnership with international Multi-functional teams such as Marketing, and
Procurement to direct projects progress and needs.
