The project scope of work is the construction of new road parallel to the existing Sharma to Tabuk with maintaining the existing road, including U-turns, guardrails, street lighting, and other works (about 30km).
2. General Maintenance for Railway Network. (Awarded)
My role: Complete cost estimation for civil works and maintenance works.
The project scope of work is the maintenance works for 1700 km railways (3 lines) between Riyadh - Dammam.
3. FMS Construction of Facilities and Infrastructure to support MH-60R Aircraft (Awarded)
Construction of Buildings, infrastructure works specially Airfield and Fuel system related civil works.
4. JUBAIL - RIYADH PHASE 3, YANBU - MADINA PHASE 4 & SHUQAIQ PHASE 3WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM - SWCC
Pipelaying and Station Construction Works.
5. South Al Mutlaa N2 & N3 - KUWAIT
The project's scope of work consist of 150 kilometers of roads & related structures & numerous art works, lighting infrastructure, water distribution, rain-water gathering and sewage systems and other civil works necessary for the distribution of electricity, installation of telecommunications networks and traffic control at South Al Mutlaa City.

1. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
2. Checking and revision the budget.
3. Preparing weekly and Bi Weekly report for the execution versus to IPC's (submittal, approval and cash collected).
4. Preparing monthly status report using EV.
5. Tracking, allocating and recording the Actual Cost through the software ERP system.

The works includes construction of the civil and structural concrete works of the basement box, the underground structures and utilities and the mezzanine central supporting beam (spine) of stations 2A1 and 2A2. Client is BACS consortium.
2. DUBA Green Integrated Solar Combined-Civil Works For The Power Block And Tanks Areas - $30M: The works includes but not limited to Pilling, Earth Work, Concrete works, Steel Structure, some finishing and insulation works Client is INITEC Energía-SSEM Consortium.
3. Project Of The Custodian Of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz For Development of Security Quarters for Ministry of Interior- KSA - $4.5B:
Project comprises the construction of nine reformatories in different Cities in KSA. The work includes Construction of around 900 buildings using precast system in addition to all required utility networks, Landscaping and road works. Client is Ministry of interior.

The works includes Networks (Potable, irrigation, Storm, sewage) and all required Roads works.
6. Construction of South boarders residential Project (Salwa Section) - SALWA - KSA -
$200M:
Construction of around 158 Buildings using precast system with all required networks, Landscape and roads. Client is Ministry of interior. (Awarded)
• Preparation of procurement requests, detailing, preparation of method statements, materials submittals, drawings submittals, quality, safety.
• Prepare QS for civil & arch. Drawings.
• Fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and contractual terms.
• Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy.
• Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure proper control of Subcontractors invoices.
• Review and monitor the progress of the project.
• Read and interpret correctly tender documents including Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Drawings and Preamble to Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare clarification letter to the Consultants for any unclear items / specifications.
• Workout all the relevant prices for the items in the tender BOQ by breaking items to the bottom level using CCS software, Direct all enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend the site visit for tender and prepare report. Provide full support for preparing submission documents in time. Compile the work breakdown.
• Attend the queries relating to any aspect of the project during the tender and execution stage.
• Implement quality procedures, particularly Contract Review/ Estimation / Document Control.
• Participate in business negotiations and give recommendations before contracts are signed.
• Review draft contracts of the company to ensure that company goals and objectives are well-considered in the contract.
• Prepares documents needed before contracts are created with business partners such as process specifications and progress reports.
• Give recommendations and request amendments to the contract if necessary.
