Responsible for maintaining all the interactions with the customers; this includes sales; customer service and order processing. Responsible for maintaining proper customer information; schedule and conducts visits to the customers; Follow-up on customer complaints and any other customer requirements. Seeking to add new customers in our profile to achieve our target which is variable every month. Maintain our relationship with the new customers and the existing customer in order to be satisfied from our performance.

- Circulate for hiring our vessels.
- Making all communication with P&I clubs.
- Making all insurance procedures.
- Making feasibility study for hiring our vessels.
- Ability to booking cargo's from agents and ship brokers.
- Establishing a new line between Safaga "Egypt" and Dhuba "S. A ".-
- Appointing shipping agencies to our vessels.
- Making meetings with the shipping line like MARESK, MSC, APL and CHINA SHIPPING ……etc) to get best and competitive rates for import and export
- When I have a confirmed request from sales department I prepare the shipping declarations and send it to shipping line with all details regarding the shipments.
- Get the booking and arrange with the client about the time of loading.
- I prepare all requirements documents for the shipment like.
- Invoices, packing, Authorization, Certificates of origin, agriculture certificates if required, and all the documents of the shipper like Export or import licenses, Tax card …. etc.).
- Send the booking and requirements documents to customs clearance Debt and transportation Debt
- Get the final information from customs clearance Dept.
- Preparing the final declaration and send it to shipping line.
- Get the draft of MBL and confirm it with the client
- Tracking the shipments until time of arrival & Inform the client with updates of the shipments
