5- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one Time and Assist IT team on
Purchasing Administration .

1- Diagnose and Resolve Technical Hardware and
Software issues .
2- Respond to incoming tickets using the helpdesk
dashboard, email or phone in many cases .
3-Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks .
4-inform Management of Recurring Problems to Escalate Situations Requiring
urgent Attention .
