This project involved multiple governmental sectors; the MOF ‘Ministry of Finance’ and MOP ‘Ministry of Petroleum’ in cooperation with MOI ‘Ministry of Interim - Central Traffic Department’. The project objective is to provide facility to monitor the distribution of subsidized-fuel after being delivered to the drop-points ‘Gas stations, Corporates…’ using the Smart Cards in order to obtain the assigned amount of fuel with subsidized price and managing the extra consumption with fuel free price.

= Defining the NCDA Business Processes ‘National Council of Disability Affair’
This project has two milestones, the first was engineering NCDA Business Processes; as a matter of fact, the council was recently established as a governmental institution. The second milestone was to define the Business Requirements of the prospective solution, which will handle the automation of agreed ‘Business Processes’ and fulfills all stated criteria of an efficient solution.

= CAMS “Current Accounts Management System”
The purpose of the project is to unify the Clients’ scattered manual deposits at Egyptian Customs Authority at the level of each Customs Region by consolidating these deposits into a 'Central Account' that will be managed centrally and utilized in any Customs region around the entire country through CAMS a unified and central system, which will rely on automating and updating the movements of financial deposits into the consolidated central account, where these deposits are recorded on the system through its integration with the internal regulations of the Egyptian Customs Authority and the government payments system.
