•Quality Assurance and Control Engineer for the construction of three numbers of 12millions capacity Atmospheric AGO Tanks for NIPCO PLC, Apapa, Lagos.

Steel Melting/ Continuous Casting

•Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports using
Spread Sheet application package (Excel)
•Ensure maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure/ Fill the S.O.P. Plan Heatwise (Shiftwise).
•Inspection/ supervision of vessel/furnace maintenance.
•See to the availability of prime/coupled electrodes/alloying/refract. materials for production.
•Take Slag, Lime, Ferro-Alloy, CPC samples for Laboratory analysis.
• Fill the Heat Log Sheet, ensure accurate documentation of all process data, material consumption, delays etc, in the Heat Report Sheets
• Assisting equipment supervisor in daily worked hour of equipment documentation.
•Participating in good housekeeping and TPM activities.
•Carrying out other duties that may be assigned by Head of Department.

Duties are:
• Ensuring that the Materials and Tools for the project are properly inspected and effectively handled.
•Supervision of mechanical fitters in the erection of first african automated compack storage rack system.
