Assisting with day to day operations of the fleet department.
• Process documentation and prepare reports and report on SAP.
• Efficiently coordinate the customer fleet for Daimler Commercial Vehicles. Perform all activities
operation, fleet movement, field job cards, maintenance planning, stock level of lubricants and
workshop related tasks. Carry out various administration activities to ensure smooth flow of
operations.
• Closely working with the workshop team, drivers, other internal departments & Principal’s
representative of customer for Daimler Commercial Vehicles.
• Operations: Efficiently handle field job cards, vehicle file history, issue required parts & time
booking. Control logistics and supply of parts, lubricants to teams based in Workshops.
Coordinate with internal departments for workshop team requirements such as GPS Team, Finance
and Purchasing.
• Fleet Board: Manage and control Fleet board generate reports for driver’s performance, check
status of truck on the Fleet board, maintenance planning and monitor fault codes recorded on the
fleet board.
