• Provide support, and continuous communication to the team through regular and one-to-one meetings. Assure team motivation, and collaboration, provide clear vision, and lead towards achieving targets.
• Ensure that every team member has complete knowledge of their authority, roles, responsibility, company and department’s expectations, and strategic plans. Share lessons learned within the organization to maintain the company development with continuous improvement.
