- Distribution processes, Avoiding OOS / overstocking (Minimum & Maximum STK level)

- Maintain target for DC’s achievement
- Provide weekly & monthly demand forecast
- Created a new Distribution system managing 140 Different DCs
- Placing Purchase Orders considering (STK, Lead Time, SS & Reorder Point)
- Responsible for Distribution planning & relocating for 140 DC
- Set inventory level (Min, Max), for 140 DC
- Monitor sales (Actual Vs Forecast) & STK coverage
- Issue purchase orders through SAP MM.
- Update FOB prices upon receiving proforma invoices from supplier.
- Issue IBD after receiving shipping AWB.
- Approve the PI and initiate the payment request to Finance and follow up the execution according to the Supplier payment terms.
- Tracking shipments: Supplier/purchase, forwarders and clearing agent.
- Completing the Shipping docs required for clearance.
- Proper choice of the shipping method: sea/air/road for safety of goods and cost plus the inco-terms.
