- Preparing the appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments.
- Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.

- Assisting in projecting future financial needs, taking into considerations the various projects undertaken by the hospital and also help the higher officials in management of financial resources.

•Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly.
•Collaborate with CFO in development of budget, planning and corporate financial requirements.
•Prepares and evaluates complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
•Preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts.
•Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.
•Calculate and load detailed technical information for the annual Business plan ( incl. sales/price/volume ) as well as budgets planning and loading into NAV for cost center/cost element planning purposes
•Review and analyze monthly Local Sales
•Use of jet reporting tool to drive business co-relations in term of sales segmentations
•Monthly detailed OPEX analysis by cost center and review with budget holders, Identify saving opportunities and ensure full OPEX control
•Conduct business analysis to analyze and support pricing recommendations
•Makes recommendations to management regarding cost & expenses saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
•Partner with business development in investment projects and business cases

•Preparation of monthly actual results, comparison with budgeted results, trend analysis, year-on-year analysis, detailed commercial contribution margin analysis per product line, working capital analysis.
•Liaising with banks to provide them with financial data, explanations and justifications to ensure their provision of necessary credit lines and loans for the business
•Working with the system consultants on developing reports that reflect management needs for information.
•Understand & analyze the company’s different operating cycles (eg. Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, Projects, etc), map their processes, and recommend better controls on these cycles.
