The role of my job is to manage/ sell the earning opportunities for club members, there by driving sales and achieving a designated sales plan . Area Sales Managers will achieve goals based on their ability to influence others behaviors, their ability to analyze and plan for their area by:
Prospecting, Appointing, Training and Developing club members and sales leaders.
Responsibilities:
Grow Sales :
• Develop specific action plans in order to accomplish identified goals and objectives in the areas of sales, additions, removal rate, staff count, order count, activity, average order, number of customers served.
• Grow the customer and club members’ staff through active recruiting. Conducts contacts with club members with an emphasis on selling the Avon opportunity.
• Apply product knowledge, needs assessment, and presentation skills to influence club members to buy or sell Avon products.
• Analyze business and market penetration reports to determine priority customer and club members' growth opportunities.
Support and implement key business strategies:
• Conduct meetings to provide new club members with the knowledge of the strategies that will encourage their participation in all potential opportunities.
• Motivate, train and develop club members, Sales leaders to achieve the highest levels of earning and achieve personal goals.
• Take initiative to understand and participate in all strategic initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Collect data base.
- Enhance the current distribution channel (Retailers and Distributors).
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collect Market Information (Supply - Demand situation, Competitors movements and Competitors Prices).
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports (Market Share, prices positioning).
- Penetrate new areas.
- Propose new ideas to increase Market Share.
- Increase the number of active customers.
- Making a data base on the targeted segmant in the market.
- Acheiving the sales figuers.
- Enhancing and increasing the market share.
- Forecasting the sales volumes.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting data on the competitors "new brands, prices, market share, new strategic movements".
- making daily and weekly reports i.e "market share, prices, achieved Vs. planned volumes".
