4- Manateq storage - (Three warehouses + labor accommodation).
5- Compound of 10 residential villas + Majlis + services at UM-BAB.
6- Residential villas at UM SALAL ALI.
7- Extension of Gulf steel & Engineering Workshop - Qatar.
8- Miscellaneous works (Lexus showroom, Damac tower, Al Rifaa metro station).
