Projects: Operation and maintenance of MEP systems of healthcare centers and hospitals for SEHA as the
following:
1- Al Dhafra Hospitals and clinics, (May-2017 up to present).
2- Al Ain clinics (Apr-2016 up to May-2017).
Responsibilities
• Managing the project according to the contract requirement.
• following maintenance schedule (PPM & CM) and following the schedule implementation through CAFM
software.
• Following with the safety officer to achieve the required Safety, Health & Environmental standards.
• Approving purchase order requisitions and third party invoices.
• Making the strategy of training for the new comers and supervising the progress.
• Keeping concerned stakeholders informed of progress as related.
• Achieving time, cost and performance objectives by identifying possible deviations from the project baseline, and
proposing preventative and corrective actions.
• Confirming all project documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Tracking and maintaining inventory (using Focus ERP).
• keeping eyes on monthly/yearly expenses and applying the plans to reduce.
• effectively negotiating with the client for contract variation requests, achieving the the profitability without
affecting the work quality.
Achievements
• after handing over the project, succeeded in reducing third party expenses by 15% and making additional profit
from additional works according to contractual additional works agreement by 10%.
Responsibilities:
Followed Shop drawing and supervised Electrical Technicians on site.
Performed related tasks for L.V System: Load Calculations, L.V DB, Wiring, MDB, S.MDB, FDB, Switches, Lighting Distribution an d Sockets ... ETC.
Review and checking of tech ni cal vend or sub mitt als for installation requirements .
Also become Familiar with Fire Alarm Systems: Heat Detector, Smoke Detector and Beam detector
Projects:
1- Al-karama Mosque in Al- Maragha area ( AL- Ain City)
2- Villas
#Responsibilities:
1- Installed FDB and Performing Outdoor Protection for Main Cable Feeder (4C * 95 mm2), XLPE, S WA, PVC and (4C * 25mm2).
2- Performed related H/W Installation and Commissioning .
3- Performed in-depth electrical acceptance testing of completed hardware, including continuity and high potential isolation testing .
4- Initiated a project management knowledge study and subsequently standardized project management practices.
5- Mentored junior engineer s and new hires to better improve the competency and efficiency of all staff.

1- Managed to cover Coordinator absence and lead the site teams to achieve the required target in the period of (Oct 2014 to Dec 2014).
2- Successfully promoted to be Senior Site Engineer and Assistant Coordinator in Jan 2015.
