Call handling both inbound and outbound regarding inquiries.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Handling customer inquiries telephonically.

Products.
• Enter new customer information into system.
• Updating existing customers.
• Process orders, forms and applications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete all call logs/update CRM Tool.
