- Support ITS strategic Islamic Banking ERP solution. The solution consists of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module, Asset and Liability Management module (IBS “ETHIX-Finance” and ETHIX-PCD), Financial Management module and Distribution and Supply Chain Management module.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement changes on SQL Server, SYBASE and ORACLE databases.
- Support Core Banking application (PHOENIX “ETHIX-Core”) that connects to IBS through ETHIX-Connect (International Financial Exchange standard) application, hosted on ORACLE WebLogic server.
- My role also involves, support and implementation of business workflow using JBoss workflow engine.
- Analyze functional/technical cases and provide resolution in accordance with agreed customer metrics to ensure customer satisfaction (i.e. SLA/PSP) using ITIL practices.
- Requirement analysis and gathering, and writing formal BRS (business requirements specification) and SRS (Software Requirements Specifications).
- In ITS-GDC, I participated in the following projects:
- Aljazeera Sudanese Jordanian Bank - Sudan (March 2013):
- Implement ETHIX-Finance application upgrade.
- Give training to bank operators.
- Sudan National Bank of Egypt - Sudan (July 2013):
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and resolution of appplication incidents.
- Give training to bank operators.
- ADIB Egypt (Nov 2012):
- Implement ETHIX-Finance application in ADIB bank (Abu-Dhabi Islamic Bank).
- Giving training to bank operators and presentations to customer as part of presales and UAT activities.
- KFH Bank - Kuwait (October 2012):
- Hold on-site support for ITS Islamic Credit Application for KFH bank. Project launched after deployment of Credit application in the bank.
- The project objective was to ensure the quality and functionality of the application on live environment
- Faisal Islamic Bank - Egypt (June 2012):
- Collect user requirements and convert them into system requirements.
- Requirements verification.
- Deployment of ETHIX-Finance application.
- Design and development of .net Islamic Banking asset management application using .net technologies, SQL server and ORACLE database engines.
- As a member of the Support team, communicating with customers, analyzing requirements and designing the appropriate solution.
