Senior Project Engineer - Services Operations & Projects Business Department.
•Monitor and control project progress performance throughout project lifecycle, obtain, verfiy deliverables, attend status meeting, provide performance and status reports, forcast project completion schedule, budget, Configuration management, tracking project updates and modifications.
•Review, interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business. Assess, interpret, document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations for the Solutions Programs .
•Coordinates project in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimate.
•Participate as a member of the contract negotiation team, assuming responsibility for explaining offer positions and matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.
•Assisting in project statement of work developing including technical & commercial terms, idenfty project scope, project consitrains and customer excpectations, major risks.
•Performing customer satisfaction management, Legal and contract management for Projects, Project reporting, Scope and changes for Projects, Projecting risk and opportunity management.
•Capable & fast enough in meeting the set target dates & timely work completion in full coordination with multiple functions
Design medium and low voltage switchgear; Ronex, MCset, Blockset
Studying all specifications for infrastructure, Buildings and oil & gas.
Actively Support Customer Pre-Sales Teams with Tenders / RFQ’s / Drawings
Technically defines equipment and installations as per contractual technical clauses, with optimum costs and deadlines while at the same time ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare complete bill of material, material costing and all supporting technical documentations as per the project requirements,
Deal with oversea customers inquiries to lead the technical clarification meetings with the clients independently, on tender specification requirement and/or for technical proposed solutions,
Capable & fast enough in meeting the set target dates & timely work completion in full coordination with multiple functions.
Studying tenders for high, medium and low voltage substations and transmission lines, in the field of Transmission and Distribution of Electrical Power including studying of all commercial aspects (tendering criteria, budgeting and commercial conditions).
Offers evaluation, study & reply offers according to the specifications of bids, preparation of the technical offer and BOQ & Negotiations with Suppliers & Subcontractors.
Work with Functional departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Legal) as required on building Suppliers' agreements.
Ensure the availability of the correct project data which determine the project scope, time & cost.
Preparing the Cost calculation sheet and the price schedules for the Tenders.
Design of the Lighting system, Light current, power system, Fire alarm system, sound system.
Co-ordinate with relevant departments for the smooth transition of design.
Consulting with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts, and determine requirements of detailed working drawings.
Located files relating to specified design projection data base library, loaded program into computer, and recorded completed job data
Reviewing work orders, procedural manuals and negotiate with vendors and design staff to resolve problems and modify design.
Supervise Roll-out teams; (Civil Construction, Telecom & Subcontractors), to control the Project Target plan.
Material Order: Order the Materials as bill of quantities (Shelter, A/C, AC power board, GRD System, Fire Alarm units, Power Cables.) and check the materials status.
Follow up and report the project status on daily basis.
Implementation Supervisor for Civil Construction activities of GSM sites (Shelter, Towers, Monopoles).
Implementation Supervisor for electronic Equipment activities of GSM sites (BTS, MW, DC, Generator, Grounding, A/C units, Fire fitting).
Managing Implementation teams, including Civil, Telecom & Towers Erectors.
Execute with customer (or Suppliers) the provisional and final test for the supplied Equipment and installed equipment
