Reviews, analyzes and modifies efficient and effective accounts payable And receivable process assuring that all documents are oriented in the direct way & make sure that they accurately passes through their circular flow of documents according to procedures. -Prepayment account analysis & reconciliation.

-Monitoring monthly and quarterly financial results for all departments, and preparing financial summaries for management.
Monitoring cash in and out flow in a daily base, short and long terms.
Dealing with internal and external auditors
- Managing a team of 7 employees.
Managing the P&L for retail and medical center .

Analysis of revenue and cost trends
Prepare year-end financial statements for retail & medical centers and supporting schedules for the Auditors
1. Responsible for the company finance team with a reporting line to the General Manager & Owner
2. Perform complex financial and operational analysis and produce monthly management accounting reports and forecasts. Control and overview financial reporting and financial statement finalization.
3. Responsible for external and internal audits and overview.
4. Manage budget controllership and planning review and business forecasts.
5. Define the accounting cycle and closing procedures.
6. Develop and roll out ERP based reporting systems and policy alignment.
7. Responsible for team management and succession planning
8. Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
9. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
10. Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
11. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
12. Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
